If I place an order, how quickly will it arrive?
Delivery time is equal to handling time plus time for the chosen shipping method.
Handling
We can usually handle and ship all orders within 1 business day. Orders received before 2pm EST can get out same day or next day. 4-6 times a year we are traveling across the country to handle autograph signings, so there may be a few instances where 4-5 days are needed to get your order out if we are traveling.
Shipping
USPS is our main shipping provider. It’s typically the fastest and most affordable option available. All orders are shipped USPS Priority mail with tracking confirmation. For overnight delivery, will can ship USPS or Fed Ex.
Please note: Choosing a faster shipping method does not eliminate the handling time. The following are guidelines to use for shipping methods:

Shipping policies and Restrictions
SI KING’s will only accept orders that are shipping to one of the following: United States, Puerto Rico, Canada as well as military APO addresses. Please note that there are certain products that can only ship within the Continental U.S. and cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes or military addresses.
Any international duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. If you have any questions about duties or custom charges please contact your local post office.
Return / Exchange Policy
Your 100% complete satisfaction is our commitment. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, you may return it within seven (7) days of receipt. Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will credit your account within 10 business days for the purchase price of the item. Return shipping charges are not included in the refunded price and are the customer’s responsibility.
All returns or exchanges must be in new, unused and original condition, with the protective packaging included, as well all COA’s. Any item that is customized or personalized in any nature is considered “all sales final” and no return will be accepted. Items deemed damaged, worn, used, dirty or missing COA’s by SI KING’s will be returned to the customer at their expense and no refund will be issued. Since return shipments are the responsibility of the customer, be sure to obtain a tracking number from the courier in case of loss.
We 100% guarantee every item sold. PERIOD.
We reserve the right to refuse any refund request based on a third party authentication company not passing our autographed item. We were present when the autograph was signed and we stand behind all our signatures. A third party who was NOT present at the time of signing, holds no credibility in our eyes and we will not refund based on their inexperienced opinion and lack of witness when we, in fact, were present when all autographs in question were signed.
